Rental Policies
When you book a vehicle with us, your reservation is confirmed once the booking fee is paid. This fee secures the car for your selected dates and is deducted from the total rental amount at pick-up. The remaining balance is paid when you receive the vehicle.
A refundable security deposit is required at pick-up to cover any potential damages, traffic fines, or late returns. Once the car is returned in good condition and on time, the deposit will be refunded.
If your plans change, cancellations made at least 72 hours before the rental date are eligible for a refund of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Vehicles should be returned on time and with the same fuel level as provided to avoid additional charges.
